Overview These terms and conditions govern your purchase of and access to Red Door Insider, a digital membership product offered by Red Door Consulting, DBA Red Door Social. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

Billing and Payment By enrolling in Red Door Insider, you agree to be billed at the rate selected at checkout. Monthly plans are billed every 30 days. Quarterly plans are billed every 3 months. Annual plans are billed once per year. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Automatic Renewal Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will receive advance notice before any renewal charge is processed. If your rate changes for any reason, you will be notified with enough time to cancel before the new rate takes effect.

Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting bebrilliant@reddoorconsult.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Content Access Content is available to active members only. Access is non-transferable and limited to one business per membership unless you hold an agency or multi-industry plan.

Refunds All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are not issued once access has been granted.

Privacy and Data Any personal information collected during the purchase process is used solely to fulfill your membership and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting bebrilliant@reddoorconsult.com. This policy is intended to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and applies to all customers regardless of location.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from your membership will be handled in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
